Waconia Music Studios, LLC.

Waconia Music Studios and the Renter agree as follows:

1. Description of Instrument: The Renter agrees to rent the Instrument described in the Schedule (refer to page 3).
2. Rent: The Renter will enroll in automatic monthly payments on the date agreed to between the Renter and Waconia Music Studios.
3. Term: This agreement shall be for a term of 30 months.
4. Condition of Instrument: Waconia Music Studios shall make the Instrument available to the Renter for inspection on the Effective Date, and upon taking possession of the Instrument, the Renter shall acknowledge that the Instrument is in the condition described in the Schedule.
5. Maintenance and Repair: The Renter shall keep the Instrument in good working order and any maintenance and repairs required to maintain the Instrument in good working order must be performed at the expense of the Renter.
6. Purchase Option: The Renter shall have the option to purchase the Instrument at any time during the term. The Purchase Price will be reduced by 10% if the Instrument is paid in full within 12 months.
7. Exchanges: If the Renter chooses to exchange an Instrument for another, any rental fees previously paid will be applied towards the new Purchase Price.
8. Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by the Renter simply by returning the Instrument to Waconia Music Studios. Repairs that Waconia Music Studio deems necessary to restore the Instrument to good working condition will be charged to the Renter.
9. Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Instrument: The Renter agrees to pay full replacement cost of any Instrument that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
10. Default: In the event of default by the Renter, Waconia Music Studios may terminate this Agreement in which case the Renter shall pay any amounts outstanding and return the Instrument and if the Renter refuses or neglects to return the Instrument, the Renter shall be deemed to have exercised the Option to Purchase and the balance of the Purchase Price together with any unpaid repair expenses shall be due and owing.
